VOB ++ is an excellent teaching tool for advanced high school students, undergraduate and graduate level college students. It may be effectively used for beginners' courses, basic optics courses and specialized optical courses for optics majors as well.

In many cases VOB++ is the most suitable and cost-effective version for educational purposes. Various experiments in geometrical optics and in part of physical optics from optics and physics textbooks may be modeled in VOB++ and illustrated with 2-D and 3-D color images.

You can animate optical ray paths, movements of the optical elements and observe subsequent changes of the optical characteristics with the help of VOB++. This may be especially useful in classrooms equipped with large projection monitors. VOB++ is extremely easy to learn, it takes only several days to master its main functions.
