Program packages can be delivered either on CD-ROM by postal mail (air mail if applicable) or via E-Mail .

If in doubt, ask your provider or online service. Delivery of VOB can be sent in 2-3 portions of about 1.5 Mbytes, each portion in a separate E-Mail message.
